Hi, secondary schools are now middles schools for your 11 year old and they are few and far between. The middle school for Mellieha, St. Paul's Bay, Buggiba, Qawra, Burmurrad, Mosta, Mtarfa and Naxxar (and small villages inbetween,) will all go to Naxxar Middle. At 13, he will go to the Mosta school. Government transport is available from all areas to the school. There is a primary school in most of the above locations, some will also need government transport to get there (or walk or private mini bus.) As for other colleges in Malta, you will need advice from others ie St. Clares (Sliema area.)
