That is a real good question.I too am in need of advise on legal matters and such forming/starting a business. It's just such a search and rescue mission to get anything online! I've sent countless e-mails to law offices, consulting firms. NO REPLIES! W.T.H.? I'm hoping my design team forn the website has someone I could speak with!
