larry smart visited marrakech many times up to his death in 2005 and painted many excellent paintings of riads largely for the expat community. i am looking into putting together a retrospective exhibition of larry's work and am posting here to ask if anyone knows the whereabouts of any of his paintings. any information appreciated.

apparently larry painted a picture for the hotel intercontinental in tangiers, trading the artwork for staying there. it used to hang in the foyer i think.
