Odontology Degree from Colombia Validate for Malta

Dear all ,
I have a few doubts, I have contacted the Medical Council and they have send me a form and guidelines.
To validate the Odontology Degree of my girlfriend, but I find it quite complicated.
What documents would we need to give to the medical council?
Do we have to apostille or can it be done we the documents without the apostille?
Do we have to traduce them to English and bring them to the notary ( I guess I have to 
)
Any help would be much appreciated
