Hi,
I'm Brazilian and my Egyptian bf want to get marry in UAE once he is going to live there because of his work.
What are necessary to get marry there? Who can inform me?

I will not have the residency visa. So can I get marry there? What are the requirements?

this is the official website for Dubai courts to ask the question and get a formal answer.
on a personal note, it sounds weird that you are asked to move to Dubai to get married. never the less, you can come on visit visa ( it costs 400 AED and valid for 14 days by any tourism company), and marry him in the Egyptian Embassy, then you legalize the documents ( which may take 3-4 working days  including attestation), once done, he can apply for your resident visa being his wife, and it takes 2 days for  approval and the rest is normal process where you are in UAE legally and finalizing your paper works.
