Can i change company or leave when i am on Contract ( HELP )

Hi

I have received an offer from a construction company in jubail

I have 2 years contract if I want to leave that company before the contract expiration and I want to shift to another company what are the difficulty I will face

1. Get final exit from your present company and enter with new VISA of new company.
2. Your current employer should agree for your transfer and then you can move to new company without leaving saudi.
