Hello everyone,
I am new here and have just registered on this forum 
I have just returned from my validation trip to Sydney. Everything went quite well. I enjoyed my visit there
However, I was wondering how they know whether I have validated my visa. Do they log it electronically when I enter through passport control? All I have at the moment is the immigration stamp on my passport.

BTW, I subsequently heard from someone else that the authorities do record our entry electronically when we pass through immigration. So they will have a record of the validation.
