Info needed on Telephone interview -Alshaya in Kuwait

I passed face to face interview they said they will call within 7 days but no one appears . Is this normal or it means refusal?

"We will call you" or "We will get back to you" generally means NO. Employer will also prefer to interview more candidates to get the best. But don't worry they might have hold the position and may get in touch with you once they start again so CHEERS!!!

With Alshaya, when they say we will call you, they generally do....but don't expect it within a week. They take their time, and sometimes it takes a long time. Generally its not until their bosses ask them what is happening with recruitment for XYZ, do they suddenly wake up....
