prices have recently come down, and are quite variable depending on ammenities and location.  A one bedroom lower end estimate is probably $1200 or $1300.  The upper average could be 3 or 4 time that is you want to be in a high end place.  There are a places listed on e-moo.com, and in the newspapers -- for example the Bermuda Sun has a Bermuda Sunshopper section that normally has a lot of listings.
