It's a good decision, as there are nice opportunities. For working, I recommend Munich, for studying, Berlin. One of the hardest things is the language. Here you can compare phone plans (in English) to find the one which suits you versus.com/en/o2-blue-all-in-m-vs-blau-allnet-flat Also, In Internet there are free courses everywhere - here, one intensive 3-5h/day is around 200 euros/month- check out this serie based in Berlin youtube.com/watch?v=yhP3OT2hxAE.
