Education for English Kid

I am new to this, but here it goes. We were thinking about moving to Thailand but we have a 4 year old kid. Of course she speaks english. What options are available for english speaking kids? I know there are International Schools but they are way too expensive. Anybody have any insight into this?

The Thai schools, as you can imagine speak Thai!However, my son goes to St Johns International school, it isnt that expensive. Its about £8,000 for the year which is one of the cheapest. It may pay to shop around, the other option is to home school via internet.
