Hi Pankaj,

If u r planning stay alone in Luanda then for food ,single room etc will be around 2000 USD per month in good locality.

security wise it is ok if u stay in good location and if u don't move in night and alone.

Hello .. i am Pankaj from India now in Maputo Mozambique .. I want know about Luanda .. How expensive city for House , food and other things like conditions of water , electricity , safety etc.
