where can one go to get some good food made on coal BBQ?

depends where your staying , theres a couple in silema ,and a few in bugibba that i have seen them cooking on a bbq

i'm in gzira so sliema is near
i saw a fee also, but would be nice if somene (you?) has a first hand exp, is food good or not..

In our experience most BBQ restaurants cook on gas and the meat is thin and like leather. Awful!!

chukkas, nr the marsa sports club. They BBQ properly and have the best meat on the highland (that i have tried so far). Also that Argentian place opposite Saddles isnt bad.. Chukkas is better.
