I want to do architecture bachelor engineering from berlin!
As i have heard that there are many people i can get there who speak English too!

In your previous posts, you wanted to study a different major, and in Muenster (which isn't near Berlin).
Please make up your mind first, before asking more random questions!
Fact is that
- you will not be able to survive in Germany for long without German language skills, so you better attend one or two years language classes in your home country before coming (e.g. at the Goethe Institute).
- you need considerable financial reserves to study in Germany, as I have outlined in my previous replies to you - get those first before you proceed.
