Needed your thoughts regarding my visa status.

Dear Friends,

I got a new job offer in a company in Bahrain as an Electrical engineer. I had signed my offer letter and sent back to my employer one month before. I had even sent my passport copy and medical reports too for which they had asked for. When i contacted my employer even last week they replied me saying that "my visa is still in the labour Ministry once they release it they will book my ticket ". Since it has been one month already i'm little worried. Please can you help me providing the status of my visa. Will it take time like this ? What might be the reason ? Is it because of LMRA or ministry approval ?

u can check thru LMRA website ...type ur passport# and serch
