Exit Re-Entry : Need longer duration

1) Iqama expiry 24th Jan 2015
2) Dependants flying out on Monday 25th Aug 2014.
3) Requested 120 days online but this would not approve online. Settled for re-entry for 60 days

questions:
1) How can I get this visa duration extended as my dependants will not be able to travel back in 60 days?
2) if this is possible, what is the process?

Appreciate any help.

when u go for exit re-entry from abshir make the re-entry by date not by days

you should get a multiple exit re entry visa, its validity is 6 months.

I tried Dates with no success.
Only accepted 60 days ??
Multiple tab was greyed out ??
Not sure why?

Multiple they are not allowing via system, but the option being there, give me hopes that its under process of being tested.

On the tenor, It looks like your Iqama is expiring in 60 days, It won't allow you to put a longer period that your Iqama Expiry, i think thats the issue. I just issued my wife's exit reentry for 180 days.
