Hey evryone, m new here just arrived last month. Can anyone tell me some good beaches near accra peaceful destination for weekend.

Head out towards Cape Coast and you will find lots of different beach resorts. The nearest is Kokobrite but further on there is Tills Beach. There are others

But of course!

KOKROBITE is the PLACE!

We go as many weekends as we can!
Plan on doin' it this weekend or next!
It's 25 km away.
Very inexpensive hotels: ~ 50 GHC.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND Big Milly's: bigmilly.com/
or
Kokrobite Garden: kokrobitegarden.com/

but don't worry; you can get a room at the Dream Hotel, if they don't have room
which is smack dab between the two!

If you want, can let you know  when we head out!
We can all pitch in for the taxi!

It is an AWESOME experience!
You can come back same night but it's BEST to stay overnight!

Friday nite is Traditional Drum Nite with acrobatics
and Saturday nite is Reggae Nite!

Both are AWESOME and jam-picked!
Best!

Bojo Beach is also nice beach

Agree that Bojo Beach is nice, but be very careful and stay within the markers.  I went past (didn't know what they meant) and was mugged by a guy with a machete!!!

teamcharisma

Yes, BAD, BAD, BAD AREA!

Security always tells you not to walk down there by Bojo....

Big Millie's at Kokrobite has security and it is totally safe!

You start walking down that way past the old Sabamba, oftentimes, I hear of armed robbers coming out.

D O N T !

That's not the way to go!

Cape coast beaches stay my favorites ones, spending the nights in this hotel on the top of the hill.So far they have the best kitchen ever..and take a walk in the history this is the feeling when u hang out. And no security  problem at all
