If you come to Germany on a student visa, you can only work a limited number of hours in jobs related to your studies. It is not possible to earn your living that way and, since all courses are designed to be full-time, your results would also suffer.
Students are not normally allowed to bring dependants, but exceptions are possible in special circumstances. To apply, you need to show sufficient living space (e.g. rented apartment of suitable size), health insurance and financial resources (currently €8300/year per person - please note that you'll likely need more for a decent living standard!). It is also unlikely that your husband is allowed to work in Germany.
