can i keep my wife with me while she is on visit visa by other kafeel

Hello,
I have shifted to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia 4 mothns ago. Due to complex and long visa process, I am unable to invite my wife on family visa. However she has her relative living here for few years who can issue a visit visa for her. My question is, if it would be legal if she lives with me and not with her kafeel while having visa issued through different kafeel. We are planning to keep Arabic translated nikkah nama attested from Saudi culture with us. Is it safe path ?

Yes, it is ok as long as you have an official marriage document. Moreover she will not be able to come on a visit visa unless she has a "Mehram" who is you in this case.

As you said attested document of your marriage. I am not sure but you may need to go to your embassy for authentication.
