English language tests in China

My wife, who is Chinese, is required to pass an English language test before applying for a Settlement visa for the United Kingdom.
She needs to pass at (The Common European Framework of Reference for Languages A1) at least.
Does anyone on this forum know of a college in Kunming that offers a certificate course dealing with this subject?
On passing the test there must be a certificate to prove that she has passed the test.
