Iqama Profession transfer to Engineer

I have a Bachelors degree in Biomedical Engineering and I am currently working as a Biomedical Engineer here in Abdulla Fouad Co, Dammam. I was transferred from my Fathers sponsorship to this company ....they gave me labor profession in a hurry.

Now i have my degree attested as required and i have registered in Saudi Council of Engineers even got a letter from them requesting MOL for a profession transfer to Biomedical Engineer.

Now my company says that my profession is not enlisted in the list of Ministry of Labor. There are similar professions like Medical Instrument Engineer and medical electronic Engineer in the list but the wont give me that.

What am i suppose to do now ??? I worked really hard to get this profession on my degree ....now the want me to take non engineering profession
