Dera Abeezar,

language is just an added advantage. The real barrier is having a resident permit or work visa. if you have any of these, there are a lot of companies that use English, starting with my own company where I work right now.

Martin

I hope you are fine. You are welcome to Luanda. Arrangements can be made for someone to quickly guide you with express lessons so you can communicate with workmates and find you way in town.

Martin

If you don't know Portuguese, life will certainly be difficult in Angola. How much difficulty you will have at work depends on the organisation you work for. Generally speaking, English is spoken only by  a minority in Angola.
