I am buying a motorcycle .is all you need is a blue ook and Vietnam licence plate? To travel there and in Cambodia ???

Yes. We have been traveling for 2 months in Vietnam and all you need is the bluecard and the keys. At this moment, the motorbike is yours. And you need licence to drive motorbike if you`re going to drive a motorbike under 125 cc.
For Cambodja we think it`s the same.
