Hi. I'm an animal lover.I would like to recommend pet friendly condos to you if you have cats and dogs with you.Please note that there are pet friendly condos now and it is mentioned in the house rules.
Do not let the management tell you that 'they allow' and it 'should be alright' BUT it's not written anywhere.This can be overturned when the management committee has written rules and sadly you have to give away your pets.

If the property is under DBKL, i.e. KLCC, Bukit Bintang, etc., then the local planning regulations do not allow pets, regardless of what the condo may say.
Ask to see a copy of the Bye laws and rules of any condo, to find out what is allowed. They have to be made available to tenants and owners and should be consulted before signing a lease.
