My friend is looking for a certified IELTS instructor for private lessons, can you help with any information??

You might get in touch with an IELTS teacher. I also advise you to post your search in the same section, it might help as well.

I once had help from an online teacher. I was able to get a total band score of 7.5 with her help. I am not sure of the time she is available for teaching., but you can try to ask her, she is very nice. Try to inquire on her skype - aaajenaaa
