Alfie,

how about just leaving all your stuff in England? Nearly all the appartments you will see here in Malta are furnished including TV, bedding and household goods ?

Shipping things to Malta is quite expensive and will make it very difficult to find an appartment.

Cheers
Ricky

I agree with ricky your best of coming out here with just the basics, and getting what else you need once you have moved in and are sorted

The computer i would probably wrap well the motherboard and graphics etc in a box then shrink wrap and take them with you on the plane( they will have to go in the hold  you wont be able to take them through security) , you can buy a case once in malta ... i mean you can send stuff using a container but its  not that cheap http://www.anglopacific.co.uk/shipping- … -malta.htm

Alfie, one thing about living out here is that you may well find that you can live without some things you may be used to.
It's a different lifestyle, different leisure pursuits. Personally, unless you can store in the UK, I would sell those things, buy a good tablet or laptop whatever and just bring that with you.

OK Thanks Rob have a good days,

Alfie, another thing worth remembering is that if you fly Easyjet then your cabin baggage allowance weight is not restricted, just the size. May also be worth looking at booking excess baggage at point of booking if you bring extra stuff for the hold. That could, perhaps, be cheaper than any other option of bringing extra stuff over.
