If you were to have an OPEN FORM instead of multiple boxes for the User suggested suppliers I would be happy to dump the data in.

Filling in boxes is to time consuming.

DONT GO to N** if you really really LOVE your pets!!!!! I stayed in PMH.  My Labrador was running a high fever ( 41.2C) last night, 7 June 2015, at 10pm. Went there as the vets that I usually used, Dr. ** (D7) said he's not in his clinic & only advised me to perform 1st aid on him which I had already been doing WITHOUT needing him to tell me & Dr* from S* (D2) whom I also used on more serious illness did not answered my emergency calls.

The young girl at N**, not even sure if she can be qualified as addressing her as a "vet" or not... asked me some really stupid questions, listened to his back for a while & saw his nose running & came to the conclusion that he's having a flu & that i should not be using the air con at home for him as it's not good for him! I was like... ARE YOU FOR REAL???? He's running a high fever at 41.2C & obviously he's repelling his heat from all his panting & also from his nose & thus the running nose! & also, no air con in this HOT & HUMID weather of HCMC when a dog breed such as a labrador originated from a cold climate & is used to having the air con on for him in the house 24x7?!?!?! 

I have been a pet owner all my life & this is not the 1st time my Labrador has fever. I know all the 1st aid that is required for him. But I do need professional vets help administering medicine for him to help him lower his temperature FAST!

I refuse to risk my beloved furkids life there. THANK GOD for Dr. N** who returned my many desperate calls at 11.15pm & I rushed my boy there for emergency. My Lab now is on the road to recovery & will be going to S** to kiss his thanks to Dr*. 

NO more New Pet Hospital for me & my furkids!!
