Hello All: :D

I am a soon-to-be retired art teacher from Connecticut, coming to explore Panama and its opportunity. First trip (remember yours?) and I need to feel the community of some expat individuals and families to point me in the right directions.  Would like to rent a room or space to call "home headquarters as I move about for the week. (April 11-18). Looking for as many local

I would be so indebted to hear from anyone having such a place or opinions about where to center myself.

Thank you!!!!

I think the first step is to decide on what type of climate you wish to live in. eternal Spring, like Boquete and Volcan, or hot and tropical like the coastal regions. The great t hing is in either case you get inspirational views of mountains or ocean, respectively. From Connecticut I suspect the temperate Chiriqui highlands might be the ticket. 😊
