Hello all,

I'm pretty new to this forum and to the entire site.
I live in England and would love to visit Mexico soon. I want to explore the culinary side of Mexico, especially the sweet sides of it all.
I am interested in your gelatine desserts, particularly the ones that are encased flowers. The tools used to create these beautiful creations are called Gurbia I believe. I really need to find a tutor to show me the techniques to create these.
I want to find cake ingredients shops as well.
Anyone has any ideas where I can go or who to contact to do these desserts and where I can obtain the tools to create it ?
