Does resident permit of Norway allows to work in Sweden?

The resident permit of Norway which allows to work full time will valid for Sweden as well?

Hi sukriti

As far as I know: No, only citizens of the Nordic countries can work in Sweden without a residence permit. The rest of us have to apply for residence permits. But please confirm with the Swedish embassy in Oslo.  They can give you an official answer and may be able to help.

I think other EEA citizens could probably manage to do it (I know people who've done this elsewhere in the EEA) but I agree with no_clue that if you have a residence permit for Norway you cannot work full time in Sweden without applying separately there.

but as always, check with immigration authorities!
