Hi Guys...all our expat colleagues were evacuated a few months back due to well known political, security and safety situations. We are now being told that its all better and in a couple of weeks travel would be arranged and work shall resume.

need your views and feedback....

I thought things were better in Libya.
However, only 2days ago, my Libyan friend told me things are not good.
He said not to come. I also spoke with an expat friend in Libya....he advised me the exact same thing.
For your reference, one friend is in tripoli, the other is in misurata.

yep, things have to get worse before they can get better.

Hello...

I am a Libyan citizen and love in Tripoli since 2012. I can tell you that the situation now is getting better and better in Tripoli. The only thing that irritates us is the uncertainty of flight schedules and the almost daily hitting of Metiga airport by the Hifter air forces, other than that, Tripoli is ok.

Some daily problems are three:
1- Some power outages, 2-4 hours average.
2- Lack of bread (Libyan bread).
3- Random gasoline problem but usually in two three days it is ok.

I hope you find these info useful.
