Hello I want to find a University in Riyadh to study a Batchelor degree in an Arts subject taught in Engligh.

Hey,

There is a place called Arts & Skills institute in Riyadh. I don't know if they have a website or not but a friend of mine studies there, If you want I can give you her number and you can get in touch with her. They do all sorts of arts and stuff.
