I complete 3 year and 3 months in oman,and i want to know about the noc.Is any compulsary rule for employer, must
be give the noc for 3 year completed persons?please give the reply as soon as possible..

Hi jeemon174 ,

Yes, an NoC is required if you wish to resign from your present job and come back to Oman on another company's employment visa. Doesn't matter if you've completed 3 years or 13 years.

Also, please note that if you resign and go, you cannot return to Oman on ANY visa, unless you produce an NoC from your last employer.
