Kindergarden in Vung Tau

Has anyone heard anything about VA School (Vietnamese American school) in Vung Tau city (Vietnam), prices, feedback, anything? My baby is 3 and a half, speaking English and Russian. There is a Singapore kindergarden here, but it's quite expensive for our budget, may be someone knows other good english-vietnamese non-expensive kindergatdens in Vung Tau?

I know VA School. My girl is nearly 3 years-old and I am thinking of letting her learn there when she is 3 years-old. Fee per month is around 3 millions dong (including tuition, boarding fee). Some people whose son is studying there are satisfied with it.
