You can also post an ad in the Language classes in Albania section to spread the word better.

Welcome to Albania!! I have asked some of my friends who are albanian and speak english if they know anybody, if you are still looking I will let you know if I find someone! I learned with a book called Basic Albanian Grammar and just talking with locals. I am still learning it is a difficult language!
