Does anyone know where you can take Albanian classes where the classes are roughly about $10 an hour and not more. I found one but they told me $20 an hour which seemed a bit much for this country.
I'm trying to stay longer than a year by either volunteering or taking a class. I am self employed and work online so I don't want a job in the country. Any information on how to increase my stay would help! (I am American btw)

Have you found a solution to your problem?
Despite political changes in the US, Albania, thankfully, seems to continue to wish to maintain good relations with the US. Thus, I'm hoping that US citizens will continue to permitted to remain in Albania for one year without a visa.
As I hope to move to Albania early next year and as I too work online and do not need a job in Albania, I would be very grateful for you advice on how to obtain a 5 year residence permit following the initial year.
