Leaving Kingdom with Huroub (runaway status)

If someone is huroub (runaway from sponsor), can he leave Kingdom with dignity? Or is there any safe passage without going through detention? Thanks.

What if he surrenders himself to authorities? Will he be then given any favor or leniency?

the best way to talk to his kafeel and solve the issue.
if solved kafeel go to Jawazat and cancel claim.
if not they will catch him and arrest him then call his kafeel to solve the issue.
