Hello great people!

I already started my A 1.1 German class and I would love to talk to someone that speaks German for at least one hour per day or whenever this person can.
I'll reward you then with a drink or chocolate bar or a Syrian delicious meal ;)

Please help me learning German, cause talking to the pillow is not helping at all!

Vielen Dank!

Primadonna

Good luck and if I could speak German I definitely go for the Syrian dish. :D
What do you like to cook?

I am unfortunately too far away to help you personally, but I find it great that you are putting in an extra effort to learn about your new country. This attitude, above all, will greatly help you integrate and be happy in your new environment. All people going to a foreign place should be like that!

M.Albunni

I will do Kobbi meshwyiee ;) or Kousa Mehshi :-D (if I can ever do that!)

M.Albunni

Dear Beppi,
thank you for your noble feelings, as you've said, it is my home now, and I would love to communicate properly with the people of this warm home. Although I am working all the time, but I am sure i will find the right motivation to put more efforts on the language ;)
Hopefully someone generous and kind here will give me a push, somehow!

Cheers!

sounds very tasty to me!
Unfortunately, I don't live in Berlin yet. Will be there in the summer, so if you are still looking for someone, send me a message !
Have you tried the apps duolingo or memrise? .Of course, an app can't replace a human being, but they are free and easy to use.

actually I've tried duolingo, it is great and easy going, however it does not explain what is really happening :-D
and Yes, it would be great if we can talk sometimes when you come to Berlin and had some time for me.
Thanks a lot

:)

Sure, I will send you a message, when I'm settled in.

Take care!

Good luck. I am in Stuttgart so I cannot help but you might put up sign at the University and/or community centers. Students often want to practice a language and might be able to help you with German while you help them with Arabic. In German they call this a Tandem and the person you exchange with is a Tandempartner. I googled tandempartner - arabic - deutsch - Berlin and found the following websites that helps people find such language exchanges:
http://www.erstenachhilfe.de/tandempartnerhttps://www.tandempartners.org/anzeigenhttp://www.sprachenzentrum.fu-berlin.de … index.htmlhttp://www.skb.tu-berlin.de/contao/inde … andem.html
I don't know how popular learning arabic might be but possibly you can offer help in some other subjects like math, chemistry etc. in exchange.
