Iqama issue? Arrived on Computer Engineer visa but degree is CS

I am a Pakistani who got a job from a company in Saudia Arabia.
To process my visa I was told to get highest degree attested from Higher Education Commission in Pakistan as well as from Saudi Cultural Center and Saudi Consulate.
I have a bachelors degree in computer science from USA and Masters degree in "Distributed Systems" (a synthesis of software, telecom and networking) from the USA as well
Well as directed I got my Masters Degree attested from the HEC and Saudi Cultural Center and Consulate.
My company sent me a visa (online) and then I got a proper visa stamped from the Saudi Consulate.

This visa states my profession as Computer Engineer.
Now that I have arrived in Saudia Arabia, the HR of the company told me that I am all set to received my Iqama but I have to complete one last step i.e. to register with the Saudi Engineering Council.
I looked at their website and registration process and it seems that they need me to provide a  Bachelors Degree in Engineering to get registered (which obviously is logical)

So now what should I do. I am sure when I will upload my certificate which states Bachelor of Science (and grade sheet/transcripts which say major as computer science) my application will be rejected.

If I cant register with Saudi Engineering Council, I wont be able to get my iqama.
Is there a way out??

Also I need to bring my family to Saudia probably thats why they put my profession as Engineer.

I company that I got my job in is a local company (not a multi national) so I am scared that they will not sort things out for me and I may have to quit and go back to Pakistan :(

Dear try to changer your profession. Discuss with company, so they can changer your profession ASAP. How you got visa on CS from Pakistan ?

So you are saying the company can get the visa type changed to something else like computer technician while I am still here and then the requirement for registering with engineering council will not apply and then I can get my iqama? I wont have to leave the country to get my visa stamped again? Can computer technician bring his family on permanent visa?

Regarding you question of how I got the visa on CS..
Well when I had applied for the job I had sent them my degrees (scanned copies of both my BS and MS).
Once they had the say visa (they email me a paper with a few numbers, it didnt have my name and it was in arabic anyway) they told me to contact an visa agent and get my highest degree attested from Saudi Consulate and all.

Now it was for the agent, the consulate and my company to see if everything was all right.
After getting the attestation done the visa agent submitted for my visa in the consulate and the stamped the visa with computer engineer as profession. I mean the consulate should have asked for my engineering degree, right? if it was so important

No solution other than change the profession as per degree title. Check with your employer.
