I lost a woman at Accra-Ghana. How is possible to know by sure if she is alive or died ?
I asked to Italian Embassy at Accra but i didn't get any answer.
She is Elsina Mends Ulzen, 40 years old.

Thank you for your suggestion. She has never been at Naples. She is missing at Accra. May i post the advert on "missing people in Naples" even so ? Cibino
