Hi I am living abroad, recently a Turkish man is in touch with me asking me to marry him and we are into an online dating relationship right now. He has two names both with different last names, and he says that one is his nick name. He doesn't like me calling him with that name infront of others online. Does Turkish man have two identity? Also I am Hindu and he is obviously muslim but he said that will not be any problem. Can Turkish muslim marry out of caste with no hassle?please help.

I always wondering why are people want to get married with someone who they met online and never in real life.
It makes no sense at all, at least, for me. People are always at their best online, saying sweet words and promising the whole world for you but what do you know about his background? Where and how does he live? Where he works? His family, his friends? What do you know about his culture, his world vision? Do you know what he like for breakfast?

A Muslim man can only marry a woman who is Muslim too, Christian or Jewish, any other religion is forbidden. Unless he is not practical and don't give a thing what others think.

People who are using nicknames online and don't want to using some of the names in front of others... well I don't know.
It seems for me he is hiding something and is not fair to you. It makes him not trustworthy. Maybe its possible he is dating at the same time with other women?

This is a train wreck looking for a place to happen.

Put simply the guy is totally untrustworthy, a liar and you would be silly to get tangled up with him.
Forget him, move on before you make the biggest mistake of your life.

I agree with the post from Bob K, 'a train wreck looking for a place to happen'
