Hi I would like to ask if anyone know, my situation i am Turkish married with UK citizen live in Malaysia , if i want to move malta first 3 months myself only my wife will come after 3 months do i need visa or it is enough if i proof i am married with EU citizen and also got job offer from Malta !! thanks in advance!

why not come together its much easier

If you come alone you would need a visa , and work permit etc
Toon is right come together saves a whole lot of hassle

thanks for the reply ,because my wife need give notice her current company 3 months and the offer ı got they can not wait 3 months maximum 1 month that s why ı need go asap and she will come and apply residence card for us !

if you come first as a TCN then you will have to get visa via your employer = he has to apply for it for you i think.
