Someone said to me that when you cross into Argentina, you must have travel insurance, or else you have to go back to the nearest city and buy some.

I bought my air tickets on a Diners Club Card, which automatically insures me for 1 million dollars.

Will they accept that??????

Argentina requiere un seguro de viaje
Cree usted que se aceptan Diners Club seguros?

How can I find out?
Cómo puedo averiguar?

Gracias...

No way!

I have been crossing the border for years, and in contact with many who do. This is not a requirement, never was, never will be.

No worries amigo.

Thanks... ok, so I'll just get the normal medical and third party travel insurance...

I'm thinking I better get "misunderstanding" insurance, my espanol is not so good, I might think I'm asking for directions, and tell the shop keeper he looks like my dog , and get beaten to pulp... ha ha
