hello everyone!!!!!

can anyone tell me the complete process for getting declaration regd. authenticity of educational certificates.
pl. also tell the format of daclaration letter.

hi

as mentioned that we need to get our documents apostle stamped but when i go to HRD in delhi for my documents attestation they said that they can do it only for persons who have job offer or study permit. they told me its not applicable for the persons who want to move under green card scheme.
so pl. let me know the detailed procedure and format to send educational documents under green card scheme.

pl. reply asap.

it will be a great help for me.
