Bad hair day(s) - english speaking salon who is not expensive?

Hi everyone so im new enough to shanghai and  know nothing! anyhoo im looking to get my hair cut and coloured but really dont want to spend over 1000, im an au pair and our salery would make you cry :'( any suggestions on an english speaking solon that wont leave me pennyless ?

Be careful if you're getting a light dye.  Most salons here only really cope with dark hair/dye.  A friend had her hair turned BLUE with bleach.

I hate having my hair cut and haven't done the deed since August 2014. My friend dragged me to see Eddy who is at KEEP Salon. A salon in the compound opposite Carrefour, Gubei on Shuicheng Lu. I ended up having enough lopped off for an ostrich to comfortably bed down in. A slightly layered bob from below the shoulder length! So many people have complimented me on the cut. His price was good too but his skills are marvellous. All in all an excellent cut for a good price. His name is Eddy.
