Can any body tell me how much would be the rent for an average 1 BHK flat in AL KHOR area.

semi furnished will cost 3500 riyals per month for 1bhk but not in good condition, mostly old villas.

I am looking for a place in Al Khor too, currently living in Doha. I want to find a studio-type room in Al Khor that has its own entrance. Kindly keep us posted if you find any lead.
