Late closing banks

Hi all,
Hope you can help.
Are there any banks in Phnom Penh that close late, that is, after 5.30pm?

No ,I don't think so ,most bank are closed at 4pm ..but however if I am not mistaken ,ANZ banks works in a Saturday but only till 11am

No, our local ANZ branch does surely not open on Saturdays. It's possibly worth a try to check out the central branch though.
