How my friend from taiwan could send me invitation or sponsor

I have a friend from taiwan. Regarding her status : she was born in vietnam and married to taiwanese national. Later divorced with one baby girl. she have proper id and passport of taiwan. So what is the procedure if she want to invite a friend to taiwan from pakistan . How she can sponsor me . any suggestion plz

they need to send an invitation letter with your details to the Taiwanese embassy you intend to apply for a visa.
