I Guess I'm Going to Be Fired

Post new topic

BobH

I got an email from the US consulate today:

Thank you for your continued service as a Warden for U.S. Embassy Quito.  In order to confirm your continued interest in serving as a Warden, please read and sign the attached Memorandum of Agreement and return it to this email address by June 26, 2015.  If we do not receive a signed copy of the memorandum by June 26, we will assume that you are no longer able to serve as a Warden and will remove you from our database.  Thank you so much for all your help and support.

So I guess as of June 26, I will cease to be a warden. Which won't change much, since to to best of my knowledge, I'm not a warden now and never have been.

LOL Bob!  Gotta love governmental bureaucracy!  :)  Best of luck in your search for a new job.

Sign that puppy and send it back, Bob! Then demand the back pay you never received for your wardenship, and ask them for a raise.

Fat check coming your way. Make it a direct deposit.

It will look good on your resume, Bob, provided you ever need one.
