I am looking for azad visa or saudi buisness lisence for my husband.if anyone can help me or refer me someone. My husband is in Riyadh on short visit visa,struggling to get one.your reply will be highly appreciated.

An 'Azad' visa is an illegal entity. I hope you are already aware.

And the Saudi business license can be obtained from SAGIA (https://www.sagia.gov.sa/). Though it will take couple of years and millions of SAR capital. Needless to mention, you'll need to hire an attorney as well.
